Time to Tri with Next Level Physio

Join Team Next Level Tri and be a part of a team-oriented community with weekly structured workouts. As a team member, you will have access to weekly swim, bike, and running workouts,
which can be completed with the team or individually.

The workouts:
Swim workouts will be at Hackensack UMC Fitness & Wellness Powered by the Giants in Maywood, NJ from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM on Tuesday’s in the fall and winter During the spring, we will move to a local lake or outdoor pool swimming at Stony Brook Swim Club in Hillsdale.

Bike workouts will happen on Saturday’s throughout the season and offseason Most rides will take places at Harriman State Park in Sloatsburg, NY
Run workouts will be on Friday mornings at the track at Paramus High School from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM

Please note, once spring weather starts, we will move to a local lake to swim—the location is TBD. If you do not have a gym membership, you can purchase daily passes or membership. Or, you can follow the swim workout at your own pool. The workout will be posted on the Facebook group.

For the remainder of 2019, there will be no charge to join the club! In January, there will be a one-time annual fee of $99 to join Team Next Level Tri.
